I agree with you for the black color template. change the picture border color to white, it separates the pic & the template.
My personal preference, the sky should white, it looks like a the pic is drawn by you.
Anyhow it is nice shot.
Nice shot. I would also add some light to it so that it subject matter is visible. You can do it through picassa.. you have a nice eye for the subject matter!
To make both samcam and suresh happy, I would convert this picture to B/W and then adjust the contrast/levels a bit.
