Not focused properly ? I have problems with focusing ,i am not sure what to focus on when taking a person's picture ,should it be the entire face or the eyes ?
Whats best for a portrait ?

Well, this is a great shot! I think the focus entirely depends on the photographer. As long as the subject's expression is covered, the photo comes out great.. my two cents anyway!
I would prefer to zoom out a lil' more 'cause the face seems abit too big for a comfortable perception. :)
ohh, i just found out that this picture could have been better if the position of camera is more to the left and slightly lower.
It should always be the eyes and sometimes the lips. One you perfect this rule, then its easier to break it. :-)
I agree with shuva... go with the eyes...and sometimes unique features. There are always non rule approaches that work quite well....just keep on experimenting. You went with the hair here...probably not the best choice. Also it may be a good idea to post your images a little smaller.
Thanks to all of you for your comments and suggestion . She is my cousin .Next time i take a picture of her ,i will try out all the suggestions :)
focussing on her cheek or nose would've been better but i guess twasn't this now..
