This picture was my contribution to BSB for the theme of Youth and i got the second place :o) !!!
I love the expressions on each of the faces...with eyes wandering in different directions ..their body languages ..the restless Youth ;-) !!

A candid shot of the kids playing in the park. The kid on the swing was very excited and it shows clearly on his expressions. His friend helping him giving a push to the swing.

Loaded with fruits..

Shot in Puttur ,India outside my home :) ! I don't know the name of this friut in English. This can be eaten ,they even make juice out of this fruit . Its a bit sour and more sweet . I took this shot standing right under the tree ,i have added the soft focus ,i thought it made it look great !! Let me know what you feel !!!

Shot this sometime back. Myself and Vidya had been near Raffles place to shoot fireworks near Esplanade, but couldn't witness any fireworks. Fortunately, found a dance show happening on a open stage near by. This pic is one among them.

Yakult in my hand..

We were supposed to be photographing the birds but since we were unsucessful in that ,we all (Myself ,Amit and Ashish ) were shooting candid shots of people who were busy seeing the crocodile below. The drink 'Yakult' in the kid's hand is a popular drink in Singapore.

I am Bright

I am posting this picture on a sad note after reading Suresh's blog about his friend's death . Ashish , Amit and myself never realised why he was so quite during the shoot !
Hope God gives him all the strength to overcome this !!
Myself ,Ashish , Amit and Suresh went for Bird Photography to Sungei Bulogh Wetland reserve. We could hardly shoot any birds as either they were hiding somewhere in the tree branches or would fly away as soon as they heard some sound . So instead of birds i was shooting all other things other than birds . This particular Orange and Black butterfly was quite prominent ..i saw many of them and trust me Butterfly photography is also tough !!! This was my best shot !!

Took this shot in Bintan ,Indonesia .I guess it was all set ,the dirty wall and the bright yellow scooter !! I just had to click :) !!! So thats what i did !!

Candid Shot taken in the Sentosa Bus from Harbour front . I love this shot . You can see the sweat trickling from his forehead ..the earphone plugged into his ears ..the bell hanging in front of him ..the green shirt which is his uniform .. His goggles which has got reflections of the seats..

Hotel 81

Shot @ China Town . Took this shot last weekend when i went to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) for some work. Since i had 1.5 hours of free time before i could collect my documents from MOM i went to China Town nearby . I love the way the sulight is falling on half of the building !!

Long long ago but not so long ago ...

One more from the Old Changi Hospital. This might have been a busy passage few decades back. Now, it looks like a haunted bungalow.
